30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Return shipping costs are covered by Bolts and Beans for defective items

How to Return

Email us at hello@boltsandbeans.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
